The challenge
Edukul Classes is an IIT-JEE, NEET and Foundation coaching institute in Gwalior. Its online presence had to do much more than describe courses: take admissions and scholarship-test registrations, collect fees, keep students practising between classes, and give staff one place to run all of it.
Physics and maths concepts are hard to see on a whiteboard. The institute wanted students to be able to change one thing and watch what an equation was trying to say — on a phone, without a login.
How we approached it
We built one platform with three faces: the public website, the student's own tracker, and a staff console with roles for the super admin, managers and reception.
Simulations are written in-house in React, SVG and canvas — 159 virtual labs, each with a guide and a quiz — so they load fast on a phone and belong to the institute rather than a third-party licence.
Payments go through Razorpay's REST API directly with no SDK, and students sign in with a one-time code by SMS — the payment and identity paths are the ones where a shortcut costs real money.
What we built
Student study tracker
A free tracker for JEE and NEET students with charts, insights and planners, signed in by SMS code.
NCERT line drill
NCERT chapters turned into questions line by line, with spaced review of the lines a student gets wrong.
159 virtual labs
745 interactive simulations across physics, chemistry, maths and biology, each with a guide and quiz.
Staff console
Role-based console for tests, results, courses, registrations, payments and enquiries, with per-simulation unlocks.
Security & data
Postgres with row-level security on every table, validation at every server boundary and signed sessions.

- The simulations grew into a product of their own — PhysicsSimulation.org, which we also built.
